Itinerary – May 31, 2003 (Skaneateles Crystal Ball Cruise)

For those drivers that would like to cruise from Matt McGill Collision (32 Route 11, Brewerton, NY 13029), please meet us around 3PM: we will be leaving at 3:30PM for Skaneateles.

For those drivers that will be going directly to Skaneateles, please meet us in Skaneateles in front of the gazebo on East Genesee St. (stop #1 on the map) at 4:30PM. There will be parking reserved for all of the drivers.

Once you arrive, please park your car in designated area (there will be attendants helping you). Next, you will need to sign in – next to the gazebo (1 on the map) and to receive your parking pass.

4:30 – 6:30 – Show and Shine
6:30 – Opening Ceremony to start Crystal Ball Cruise.
6:45 – Cruise begins. Cars will be sent on their way at 30 second intervals. This will help avoid any traffic problems. There will be picture taken of every vehicle at the staging lane with the students outside the car holding the crystal ball. Drivers will follow the “poker run” route to visit all of the checkpoints and to receive a playing card at each stop. (Please stay in your car – at each stop an attendant will hand you a card)
* It take approximately 30 min to complete the route.
As you arrive to the Country Club (stop #5 on the map), park in the parking lot and wait for all the cars to arrive. This is a great time to share your experience with the students and answer any car related questions.
8:00 - Senior Ball Starts. Drivers then will proceed to the driver’s party (stop #6 on the map) Food and Prizes for all drivers will be available. Enjoy the event - and we will see you again next year!!!
